About me

Hi!

My name is Chine, a junior product designer based in Austin, Texas. I have a Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Marketing with a minor in Public Relations from Baylor University, and held a few marketing positions before making the transition to UX design. My background in marketing taught me the principles of putting users and their needs first and honed my approach to solving complex problems in creative ways, an apt foundation for my current line of work.

As a product designer, I strive to create empathetic and human-centered digital experiences that are intuitive and accessible. I’ve gained experience in visual design, content design, wireframing prototyping, user journey mapping and establishing information architecture. I’m currently in the process of completing Google’s UX Design Certificate to further develop these skills.

Outside of work, I enjoy staying active, playing around with my film camera, reading, travelling and spending time with family and friends.
